Every year, WEGO is able to raise a substantial portion of our annual budget through our Matching Funds Campaign! This year we have $50,000 to be matched and doubled! This money isn’t just coins in a coffer but will be put to incredible use throughout 2017: teacher’s salaries in Nicaragua, food on the table and crops in the ground for our orphanage in Mongolia, electricity, gas, clothes, school supplies, and everything in between! Here are the rules:
- Every one-time donation that is given between now and December 31st, 2016 will be doubled, up to $50,000!
- The first $25,000 will only be given to WEGO if matched. It can be designated to a specific ministry, staff/missionary, or the general fund.
- Once we match the first $25,000, a second matching gift of $25,000 will be made available. This gift comes to us as a gift to our general fund but can be designated by the matching fund participants.
- Any undesignated donations will go into WEGO’s general fund and used where it is most needed.
