Have a passion for the local church and a heart to see believers from both the United States and other countries equipped for Christ’s Kingdom? If yes, let’s talk. The purpose of this vital role is to help WEGO fulfill its mission and vision by building and overseeing local church partnerships, equipping and appropropiately mobilizing people to serve within our ministries abroad, and shepherding our missionaries.

Fan Club President
Responsibilities:
> Make a deep impact within our ministries by being the point person for our Field Staff Fan Club!
> Serve Fan Club members by walking them through the process and keeping them updated along the way
> You will also be tasked with finding fun and creative ways to both thank Fan Club members and connect them with our local staff around the world
Requirements:
> An engaging, personable, and creative person with a flair for administration
> Participation in our monthly team gathering where you will be encouraged and equipped
> Availability of approximately 3-5 hours per week
> Access to email and internet are required
Gathering Coordinator
Responsibilities:
> Help us engage our community by scheduling and arranging various WEGO gatherings and events
> Work with churches to host WEGO Family Nights
> Work with our board and staff to execute fundraising and community awareness events
> Schedule speaking opportunities for WEGO leadership to share the story of our ministry with a variety of church and social groups within the community
Requirements:
> A highly organized, very proactive, friendly, and a grab-the-bull-by-the-horns kind of person
> Participation in our monthly team gathering where you will be encouraged and equipped
> Availability of approximately 3-5 hours per week
> Access to phone, email, and internet are required
Donor Appreciator (Multiple Positions Available)
Responsibilities:
> Handwrite notes of gratitude to the WEGO donor community because nothing says ‘Thank You’ more than the possibility of paper cuts
> Can be done at team gathering or at home. Place pre-addressed and stamped notes in the mail, if taken home.
> Work with WEGO staff and fellow volunteers to discover new ways of engaging and encouraging our donor community (Examples: A thank you video from a Mongolian staff member, gifts from Nicaragua, etc)
Requirements:
> A discerning connoisseur of the ancient art of handwritten notes
> Participation in our monthly team gathering where you will be encouraged and equipped
> Availability of approximately 5 hours per month
WEGO Street Team (Multiple Positions Available)
Responsibilities:
> Be an ambassador for the work of WEGO while serving in a variety of capacities, as needed
> Hit the streets to get the word out about various events, gatherings, and WEGO opportunities. Sometimes that’ll be posting a flyer at Starbucks or just telling your friends about what we’re up to.
> Occasionally stuff envelopes or help with other office needs
> Be available to represent WEGO at various gatherings and events
Requirements:
> A deep heart for our field staff and the kids in our ministries
> Friendliness and a willingness to share our story
> Prolific graffiti skillz to tag our logo under bridges
> Participation in our monthly team gathering where you will be encouraged and equipped
> Just kidding about the graffiti one
> Availability of approximately 5 hours per month
